Abstract
Interdisciplinary simulation sessions were held to determine the effect on confidence levels of staff members. This type of training, in addition to traditional methods, was perceived by participants as being an effective method of increasing confidence levels and decreasing anxiety in those responsible for responding to in-hospital emergent situations.
