Abstract

Adverse Childhood Experiences lead to life-long adverse health outcomes. Despite the importance of ACEs, few nursing education programs teach students about ACEs. Nurses should be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to prevent & mitigate the impact of ACEs on the health & well-being of their patients & communities.
