Abstract
The relationship between parent(s) and the nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is unique and critical for the health of all involved, including the nurse. Promoting this relationship through implementing an innovative strategy to increase continuity of care fostered an overall improved healthy workplace environment.
