Growing concern for burnout amongst healthcare professionals resulted in a deeper look into the mental well-being of nursing leadership. What is the burnout level of nursing leadership and are patient & facility outcomes adversely affected? How do we combat burnout for nursing leaders enabling them to lead a stressed workforce?
