Abstract

Schools of Nursing are continuously working on ways of offering and facilitating positive learning experiences for their nursing students This paper will introduce steps that will help nursing faculty in making the paradigm shift that will develop a healthy work environment enhancing caring, collaboration, and self-care for their students.
