Abstract
This study focuses on the effectiveness of a safety decision-making smartphone app, myPlan, regarding dating and domestic violence. The target population is undergraduate college students on campus. The primary goal is to determine if the app increases college students' knowledge on dating violence more effectively than traditional methods.
