Abstract
Effective academic-clinical partnerships are unique to each team's social dynamic, yet essential for successful research. Many clinicians perceive a lack a time for research and insufficiency of research opportunities. This abstract highlights how our team applied the AACN Healthy Work Environment Standards to launch a successful academic-clinical partnership.
