Abstract

This qualitative study aimed to understand about nurses' perspectives of a healthy work environment (HWE) and staffing using American Association of Critical Care Nurses' Standards of a HWE. The overarching theme of a HWE for both clinical nurses and nurse leaders was having sufficient resources to provide quality care safely.
