Abstract

Qualitative analysis of student data from an innovative classroom and clinical experience produced themes regarding the enhancement of student awareness of self within the workplace, the change process, and effective communication. This increased awareness may contribute to the recognition of nurses' responsibility in the promotion of a healthy work environment.
