Abstract
Today's workforce spans four generations and presents a unique situation in that each generation has unique strengths and challenges. This presentation will define each generation characteristics and present strategies to optimize unit collaboration and learning needs. Lastly, specific recommendations will be given to successfully manage a multi-generational workforce.
