Abstract
This study investigated the impact of a nursing professional development intervention on healthy work environment (HWE) perception using a pre/posttest design. All survey question means increased from pre to posttest with significance (p<0.05) achieved in 10/18 questions. This study demonstrated the benefit of a professional development in improving HWE perception.
