Abstract
In this session, the presenters describe how re-imaging shared governance at the unit and organizational level supports autonomous professional practice and improved patient outcomes. Hear how standardized templates, a nursing website, shared governance orientation and shared leadership streamlined communication thus improving clinical performance outcomes and nurse engagement.
