Abstract

With guidance from the AACN Standards for Creating and Sustaining a Healthy Work Environment, a nurse-led team created and led a successful two-month immersion program promoting Skilled Communication and Meaningful Recognition with personality assessments, recognition and reward systems, and a peer education program.
