Abstract

Work-from-home orders compounded the amount of sedentary work one SON’s faculty and staff faced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of its wellness/resiliency strategy, SON leaders implemented the Gimme A Break virtual activity and exercise program to encourage participation in low-impact, low-intensity activities.
