Abstract
New graduates joining organizations in 2020 during COVID-19 present with unprecedented needs. As a result, they require customized onboarding. One health care system implemented a multi-faceted action plan and built feedback and measurement from beginning to end into it. Preliminary findings suggest the plan is meeting the needs.
