Abstract

A dedicated nurse educator team was created to provide nursing staff with continuous guidance on coronavirus infection control protocols, minimize misinformation, reduce anxiety and address patient and staff needs. This qualitative study explores the experiences of the support team, evaluates its effectiveness, and provides information to improve future pandemic planning.
