Abstract
Cultural competence acknowledges the culture of patients by tailoring healthcare interventions. Implicit bias, cultural competence, and disparities are important for nurses to consider. Understanding these concepts helps nurses address the moral and ethical challenges in nursing and this research is a solution to prepare nurses to address these challenges.
