Abstract

The purpose of our study is to describe and compare the relationships among stress, resilience, and perceptions of incivility in pre-licensure undergraduate nursing students, faculty, and staff in a College of Nursing at a four-year University. Findings and recommendations will be shared for nurse educators and program leaders.
