Creatively impacting patient hospital experience rounds: Nurses leveraging technology

Abstract

Humanizing technology to enhance rounding with purpose has been instrumental in: increased staff and patient satisfaction, improved outcomes, and reducing harm.Utilizing an integrated interdisciplinary rounding tool that pulls data from the (EMR) contributes to shared communication, leadership rounds utilizing the “cipherrounds” application has been instrumental in conveying issues for resolution.
