Abstract
COVID-19 patients brought with it unprecedented strain on nurses mental health. Leaders launched an innovative well-being fuel gauge survey, and based on the score, a series of self-care resources and behavioral health services follow and available to the nurses 24/7. Virtual daily nurse check-ins assess nurses’ levels of spiritual distress.
