Abstract
The hospital’s collaborative and interdisciplinary efforts focused on promoting GRIT (gratitude, resilience, integration, and technology) have improved the organization’s healthy work environment during this unprecedented pandemic. Nursing staff engagement, supported by ongoing metrics, was increased through the use of virtual communications, nursing appreciation, and prioritizing staff resilience and well-being.
