Abstract
The purpose of the study is to explore perspective of preceptor’s previous experiences and the factors that influence their professional role while introducing competency-based internship in an acute critical care hospital in Egypt. The study aims to conduct a qualitative constructionist grounded theory approach to develop contextual model of preceptorship.
