Abstract
In the early phases of COVID-19, faculty adjusted assignments to support and center RN-to-BSN students as practicing nurses. This presentation will discuss how faculty combined theory-guided self-care strategies and principles of adult learning to strengthen the learning community as a source of strength and support for working nurses in COVID-19.
