Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to describe the implementation of innovative seminars for nursing, social work, and pharmacy students concentrated on ethics, roles/responsibilities, communication, and teamwork. These seminars prepare students for collaboration in practice, enhancing positive working relationships and future healthy work environments.
