Abstract
Despite being one of the largest sub-groups within the nursing profession, little research has been dedicated to LGBTQ nurses. The purpose of this integrative literature review was to explore workplace experiences, fears, challenges, and the overall emotional, physical, and mental health of LGBTQ nurses.
