Abstract

Research study's the relationship of nurses’ constant exposure to stress leading to burn-out thus the need for management to promote resilience. COVID-19 presented an enormous burden to the healthcare system across multiple disciplines.Resilience, an essential strategy for nursing leaders to support nurses psychologically especially during the height of the pandemic.
