Abstract

Frontline nurse leaders who implement and model evidence-based crisis leadership practices are an essential resource to support staff wellbeing and resilience. This presentation describes the inter-professional design and implementation of crisis leadership training in a health system during COVID-19, lessons learned, and implications for future crisis preparedness.
