Abstract
Incivility has a direct, negative impact on nursing education. This descriptive data presentation will discuss reflections on the workplace behaviors, attitudes, and actions of self and peers; and reflections on the civility of nursing education as a whole; as reported by nurse educators teaching in pre-licensure ADN and BSN programs. A review of recent literature noted a gap in relation to reflection on civility behaviors. This presentation provides descriptive views on self and peer reflection of civility behaviors, as well as a current view of the civility of nurse education as a profession.
