Abstract
This presentation will demonstrate how our college of nursing designed and implemented a civility team based on recommendations from the work of Dr. Cynthia Clark. We will discuss how our results from Clark's Healthy Work Environment Inventory objectively indicated where our organizational civility improved and where we still need improvement.
