Exploration of the impact of a mindfulness-based intervention (MBI) on resilience in a population of registered nurses caring for patients with hematologic malignancies. Discussion of the improvement seen in resilience scores in this pilot study correlated with participation in the intervention and frequency of practice. Practical application of findings reviewed.
