Abstract

Mentorship and its benefits has been studied in the literature, including the beneficial effects it has toward Resident Registered Nurse Anesthetists. This descriptive study assessed and analyzed the state of mentorship in nurse anesthesia programs, and the organizational readiness to implement mentorship from the perspective of nurse anesthesia program directors.
