Abstract
Long term effects of the pandemic remain unknown; nurses experienced a range of effects including insecurity, fear and pressure to provide care under challenging circumstances. This presentation will provide an in-depth discussion of data and evidence based strategies for nurses as drivers of positivity, and optimism for themselves and others.
