Abstract
The purpose of this Ethnographic Participatory Action Research was to use the emerging narratives of harm and invisibility described by faculty of color, to foster new healthy work environment initiatives focused on intentionally re-engineered strategies designed to recruit, retain, and support a diverse nursing workforce.
