Abstract
A healthy work environment for nursing faculty is essential to foster optimal student outcomes. The co-creation of mindfulness centering practices by academic leadership and faculty to cultivate authentic presence and enhance professional well-being during faculty meetings in an academic program anchored in the caring science is described.
