Abstract
An integrative review regarding the unique workplace stressors experienced by correctional nurses will be described. Synthesis of 11 articles will be presented, highlighting the themes of conflict, fear, and demands across different correctional settings. Results suggest further efforts are needed to improve the correctional workplace and enhance nurse well-being.
