Abstract
The research project "Exploratory Factor Analysis: Moral Distress and Intent to Leave Employment" studies RNs across a healthcare organization in factors that pose moral distress and intent to leave employment. The results will help nursing leaders identify factors of moral distress to implement strategies to help reduce nursing turnover.
