Abstract
The pandemic has emphasized burn-out in the lives of nursing professionals around the world. Implementing and educating self-compassion techniques to nursing professionals has been evidenced to have efficacy in reducing negative symptoms of burn-out and promoting mental well-being and wellness in a cost-effective and applicable manner.
