Abstract
Incivility in nursing education contributes to the ongoing nursing shortage. Most of the research focuses on undergraduate nursing education. A need exists in nurse anesthesia. During anesthesia, instances of incivility can decrease competence and impair judgment. leading to potential patient injury. Using the UBCNE scale will help identify incivility.
