Abstract
Nurses are experiencing increased stress levels with reduced coping skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. A virtual mindfulness program was initiated to determine its effectiveness in reducing stress levels. Stress reduction and increased coping skills were reported by subjects. Further studies with more participants are required for evaluation.
