Abstract

Traditional mentorships are structured, ongoing, one on one connections. Limited research discusses the impact of mentoring on the mentor, or virtual mentorship platforms. This study assessed the impact of virtual mentoring on nurse manager mentors and demonstrated strong influence on resiliency, job satisfaction, pride, and energy for the cohort.
