Abstract
This study aims to examine the effects of ethical leaders training programs for mid-career nurses. The participants "consciously" acted in servant leadership and caring such as listening and humor. Self-evaluation of ethical leadership of the participants improved on the whole throughout the training period, proving the effectiveness of the program.
