Abstract
Let’s CHAT: a positive feedback loop was created to improve communication, socialization, and work satisfaction among novice nurses in an effort to promote organizational commitment and decrease turnover. It can also contribute to eliminating the "nurses eat their young" culture as well as workplace bullying.
