Abstract

It is imperative to promote a positive and uplifting environment for faculty and staff preparing the future frontline of the nursing profession. The purpose of this study is to increase professional fulfillment and promote gratitude within the workplace by focusing on the AACN standard of meaningful recognition in academia.
