Abstract
Healthcare professionals are inspired by their leader, and it reflects aspects such as commitment, work pleasure, independence, and detachment from work. An inspiring leadership style is a precious job resource for personnel well-being. Continuing education on leadership should be encouraged in healthcare settings to increase competencies among nurse leaders.
