Abstract
This study examined the interrelationships among race, workplace racism, and job dissatisfaction among hospital-based nurses. Findings revealed that workplace racism experiences had significant, independent effects on nurses' job dissatisfaction. The combined effects of non-White race and multiple workplace microaggression experiences amplified the level of job dissatisfaction among nurses of color.
