Abstract
A survey examining employment intentions was completed by 850 nurses, which resulted in 25% of respondents indicating that they are likely/extremely likely to leave their current nursing position. This late breaking research could inform the design of intentional strategies to retain the nursing workforce and promote a healthy workplace environment.
