Abstract
Nurses are experiencing acute stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, and those with childcare obligations are facing even more stressors at home. Findings show parenting stress contributes to nurses' overall stress, but self-efficacy can serve as a protective factor against stress for nurses working in the frontlines.
