Abstract

This presentation details a nurse practitioner faculty led interprofessional partnership between an academic institution and a local health department. The community-based alliance addresses the needs of homebound individuals for COVID-19 vaccination. It simultaneously provides educational opportunities for undergraduate and graduate nursing students.
