Abstract
Teamwork and collaboration in healthcare are essential in achieving patient safety, impacting patient outcomes, and creating a healthy work environment. Understanding nurses' and nursing assistants' perception of teamwork is crucial. This research study addresses what nurses and nursing assistants notice regarding teamwork and its relationship to a healthy work environment.
