Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a Pandora's box of ethical issues faced by nurses in all specialties and in all geographies across the globe. This work highlights how leaders in practice and academia can apply principles of Just Culture using the contemporary and evidence-based theory of Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare.
